Vegan Poutine!!

Ah, this Canadian classic! I’m lucky to live in Toronto where there are so many places that cater to vegans. But sometimes you just want to stay in and munch on some oh-so-bad for you carby deliciousness!

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven and toss your fries in oil, bake them according to the package setting the timer 5 minutes early.
  2. Heat the mushroom gravy on low.
  3. Once your timer goes off, take out the fries and sprinkle your Daiya cheese on them, put back in the oven for the last five minutes (don't leave it in there too long the Daiya WILL cook/harden)
  4. Once your five minutes is up take out your cheezy fries and pour the mushroom gravy on.
